WWW Wednesday – 9/9

It’s WWW Wednesday time again!

Hosted over at Taking on a World of Words, WWW Wednesday is a weekly reading meme asking three simple questions:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What will you read next?

Currently Reading: Still just working away on my reread of Reaper’s Gale by Steven Erikson.

Recently Finished: Nothing, again.  I’d feel bad, but between three different family wedding anniversaries, a major birthday party, and upcoming holidays, I don’t really.

The Kommandants MistressReading Next: Looks like I won’t be able to get my hands on For Such a Time by Kate Breslin, so I’ll probably just go ahead and read The Kommandant’s Mistress by Sherri Szeman and do a comparison when I can actually get my hand on Breslin’s novel.  Also still waiting for my hold to come up on Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas.  I’ve been hearing more mixed reviews about it, but it’ll be a nice bit of ‘light’ reading as a break from the heavy topics in Szeman’s novel and the denseness of Erikson’s.

  1. Sam says:

Don’t apologize for having commitments! It’s what makes us human. Enjoy! Happy reading and thanks for participating in WWW Wednesday!

  2. Life happens! I feel like taking a leave of absence from life so I can read and write reviews.

  3. I hope Throne of Glass comes in for you soon. I’ve just breezed through the books so far in the series in a week – they are such an easy read and total escapism.
    I know it’s late, but here’s my WWW: https://clairehuston.wordpress.com/2015/09/09/www-wednesday-9th-september-2015/
