WWW Wednesday – 12/28

It’s WWW Wednesday, a weekly reading meme hosted by Sam over at Taking on a World of Words.  To participate, answer the three w’s and link up with Sam’s masterpost.  No blog?  Leave your answers in the comments section.

The three w’s are:
What are you currently reading?
What have you recently finished?
What will you read next?

Currently Reading: Have yet to finish Clariel – other things are taking more priority than expected.  Hopefully this week.
No progress on Grave Peril by Jim Butcher – again, commitments other than reading.
I started a third book, By Schisms Rent Asunder by David Weber, for two reasons.  First, the first book in the series took forever to read, and it’s a library book with a return date.  Second, it looked like it was another 700+ pager.  Turns out it’s actually only about 500, so it should take less time than the last one – unless it proves just as hard to slog through.

Recently Finished: Nothing.  Holidays and obligations took a lot of time.

Reading Next: Nothing until I finish at least one of the above books, but I’ve got a couple other library books out that will take priority over everything else.  But if I don’t start them until the New Year, I won’t cry – they’ll count towards my Beat the Backlist 2017 Challenge!

What are you reading this week?

Good luck deciding, if you haven’t by now… I’m only planning on doing the one, but it looks like fun.
Happy reading and thanks for hosting!
